Job description

Cypress Engine Accessories, a rapidly growing Industrial Engine Instrumentation, Controls, and Accessories company, is seeking Sales Professionals to expand our presence in the power generation and municipal markets. This role will support our upcoming Lincoln, Nebraska office and focus on developing the broader Midwest U.S. territory.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Maintain strong, positive relationships with existing customers within the assigned territory through consistent communication and responsive support

  • Identify, pursue, and develop new business opportunities within the Natural Gas Compression (Midstream) and Power Generation markets

  • Effectively demonstrate products and solutions to customers, highlighting value, application, and competitive advantages

  • Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations tailored to customer needs and operational requirements

  • Respond promptly and thoroughly to inbound sales leads, inquiries, and customer requests

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate quoting, order fulfillment, and customer satisfaction

Requirements

Experience:

At least 2 Years of Relevant Experience

  • Former Sales Experience working in an Industrial Power Generation Market-1 Year Minimum.

Skills and Abilities:

  • Highly self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve and exceed results

  • Proven ability to build, maintain, and grow long-term customer relationships

  • Strong relationship-building skills supported by a demonstrated track record of success

  • Exceptional verbal communication and presentation skills

  • Collaborative team player with a strong work ethic and professional attitude

  • Ability to work effectively both independently and under direction

  • Willingness and ability to travel frequently, including several hours of driving per day

  • Capable of traveling to, attending, and conducting customer meetings and sales presentations

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel); CRM experience is a plus

  • Must possess a valid driverโ€™s license with a clean driving record

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Base salary starting at $70,000, with a performance-based commission program designed to reward growth, customer development, and results.
