We're seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, Presentation Designer to join our Asset Servicing Deal Management Team

This role is located Lake Mary Fl. and Boston, MA.

In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways: 

  • Create, design, and develop high-quality presentations and related collateral for clients, prospects, executive meetings, and internal stakeholders.
  • Partner with Client Experience teams, Asset Servicing teams, and business stakeholders in a consultative design process to shape effective visual stories.
  • Translate complex data, systems, processes, workflows, and business concepts into clear, compelling, and visually engaging materials.
  • Develop bespoke templates and presentation assets as required, including sourcing appropriate imagery, icons, and graphics from approved resources.
  • Produce sales proposals, RFP responses, executive summaries, sales materials, marketing collateral, and meeting materials to a high professional standard.
  • Apply BNY brand guidelines, visual identity standards, and style guides consistently across all outputs.
  • Ensure accuracy, compliance, version control, and appropriate file management throughout the design and production lifecycle.
  • Work with subject matter experts and approvers to refine content, obtain required approvals, and maintain evidence of approvals where needed.
  • Contribute innovative ideas, design techniques, and process improvements that advance the presentation production model, including responsible use of AI in the workflow.

To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following: 

  • Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required. 
  • 7+ years of total work experience preferred 
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
  • Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, including Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
  • Demonstrated expertise in presentation design, typography, layout, hierarchy, and visual storytelling.
  • Experience creating print-ready documents and high-quality presentation collateral for executive or client-facing use.
  • Ability to visualize and simplify complex information, data, and business concepts.
  • Strong attention to detail, including formatting accuracy, copy consistency, and compliance awareness.
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects.
  • Calm, solutions-oriented mindset with proven ability to work successfully under pressure and tight deadlines.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, including the ability to pick up and support projects midstream.
     

    BNY assesses market data to ensure a competitive compensation package for our employees. The base salary for this position is expected to be between $69,000 and $183,000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base salary if hired will be determined on an individualized basis, including as to experience and market location, and is only part of the BNY total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, discretionary bonuses, short and long-term incentive packages, and Company-sponsored benefit programs. 
    This position is at-will and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, change in geographic location, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
