Job description

Position Overview:
We are looking for motivated, self-driven, and customer-focused Home-Based Travel Advisors to join our network as Independent Contractors. This is a commission-only position ideal for individuals who want to build their own business while having the support of an established agency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and book travel for clients including flights, accommodations, tours, cruises, and transportation

  • Provide expert advice on destinations, travel requirements, and packages

  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships through excellent customer service

  • Stay updated on travel trends, vendor promotions, and industry news

  • Manage bookings and resolve any travel issues or changes

  • Market your travel services via social media, networking, and referrals

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in travel sales or customer service is preferred but not required

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Comfortable working independently and managing your own schedule

  • Tech-savvy – able to use online booking platforms, email, and CRM tools

  • Must have a computer/laptop, smartphone, and reliable internet connection

  • Passion for travel and helping others experience the world
