About Us

Price Your Passion Agency specializes in coordinating leisure travel arrangements for individuals, couples, families, and groups. We work with a network of established travel suppliers to assist clients with vacations, cruises, resort stays, guided tours, and other travel experiences.

Position Summary

We are currently seeking detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Remote Travel Planners. In this role, you will support clients throughout the travel planning process by researching travel options, coordinating reservation requests, organizing travel information, and assisting with customer communications. This position is performed remotely using online systems and communication platforms.

Responsibilities

Research travel options that align with client preferences and travel goals.
Assist with coordinating reservations for accommodations, cruises, tours, transportation, and vacation packages.
Communicate with travel suppliers regarding availability, scheduling, and reservation details.
Provide clients with general travel information and destination-related guidance.
Maintain organized records, travel documents, and reservation information.
Respond to inquiries in a professional and timely manner through phone, email, and online platforms.
Verify travel details and documentation for accuracy.
Follow company procedures and customer service standards.

Qualifications

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities.
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
