Analyst, Travel Risk Management (Remote)
Full time, United States, Eastern time zone working hours
The Travel Risk Management Analyst supports the delivery, development, and promotion of Travel Risk Management (TRM) services for internal stakeholders and external clients. The role sits within the Global Crisis Management and Travel Risk Management team and works closely with crisis operations while being primarily focused on TRM consulting, program design, and subject matter expertise.
This role contributes to TRM program assessments, consulting and client advisory engagements, and solution development. The Analyst acts as a subject matter resource on travel risk management standards, best practices, and duty of care, and supports thought leadership activities including webinars, whitepapers, and conference presentations. While not a dedicated crisis watch role, the position maintains strong awareness of global risk trends and collaborates closely with crisis operations colleagues.
As an Analyst, Travel Risk Management, you will
  • Support the delivery of TRM consulting engagements, including travel risk management program assessments, gap analyses, and maturity reviews
  • Assist in preparing and delivering client-facing deliverables including reports, presentations, and executive summaries
  • Support the development of thought leadership content such as webinars, client briefings, articles, whitepapers, and conference presentations
  • Work closely with GCM colleagues to ensure alignment between crisis response capabilities and TRM program design
  • Support Sales, Program Management, and Client Management teams by providing TRM expertise during RFPs, client renewals, and solution design discussions
  • Conduct research and analysis on TRM standards, regulatory expectations, and industry benchmarks

About you
  • Experience or academic background in Risk Management, Travel Risk Management, Security Studies, International Relations, or a related field
  • Strong presence and TRM experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, including the ability to communicate complex risk concepts clearly
  • Analytical skills with the ability to assess programs, identify gaps, and develop structured recommendations
  • High proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
  • Familiarity with Travel Risk Management frameworks, duty of care concepts, and industry standards (e.g., ISO 31030)
