701 Travel Partners provides travel planning and reservation support services for individuals, families, couples, and groups. We assist clients with coordinating vacations, cruises, resort stays, tours, and other leisure travel arrangements through established travel suppliers.

Position Summary

701 Travel Partners is seeking detail-oriented and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Remote Travel Coordinators. In this role, you will assist with travel research, reservation coordination, customer communication, and record management while helping ensure a positive client experience throughout the travel planning process. This position is performed remotely using online communication and reservation systems.

Key Responsibilities

Assist clients with researching travel options, destinations, accommodations, cruises, vacation packages, and related services.

Coordinate reservation requests and verify booking details with travel suppliers.

Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, and online communication platforms.

Provide general travel information based on client needs and preferences.

Maintain accurate records, documentation, and client information.

Review travel arrangements and reservation details for accuracy.

Follow established company procedures and customer service standards.

Assist with travel-related questions and provide ongoing support throughout the reservation process.

Qualifications

Strong communication and customer service skills.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to manage tasks independently in a remote work environment.

Comfortable using computers, web-based applications, and email systems.

Reliable internet connection and dedicated workspace.
