Remote Travel Reservations Coordinator

We are seeking an organized and client-focused Work From Home Travel Coordinator to assist clients with researching destinations, coordinating travel details, and organizing personalized travel plans. This fully remote role is ideal for someone who enjoys travel, working with people, and managing details to help create smooth and well-organized trips.

In this role, you will communicate with clients to understand their travel preferences, timelines, and general goals for their trip. You will assist with researching destinations, reviewing available travel options, and helping coordinate reservations such as accommodations, cruises, vacation packages, and activities. You will also help organize itineraries, confirm travel details, and ensure all information is accurate and properly documented.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment. Strong communication skills and the ability to stay organized while managing multiple requests are essential to providing clients with a positive and seamless travel planning experience.
