ABOUT THE TEAM

The Strategic Security Services Team encompasses Anduril's GSOC, Threat Intelligence, and International Travel Security Programs. ABOUT THE JOB

As the Travel Security Analyst, you will support Anduril's International Travel Security Program. Reporting to the Travel Security Lead, you will help monitor global threats, produce actionable risk assessments and traveler guidance as well as support incidents and escalations in partnership with other internal stakeholders and security assistance providers. This role blends information analysis, risk assessment, mitigation, and operational support to keep employees informed, prepared and safe while traveling globally.
In this role you will work across the full travel risk lifecycle: assess, prepare, monitor, respond and recover by translating real time information into practical recommendations that balance duty of care, business needs and traveler well being. You will support a range of travel profiles and help standardize how risk information is delivered through templates, dashboards and repeatable processes. You will join a collaborative environment where you can help shape and mature the travel security program, improve data informed decision making and contribute to a safer and more resilient global travel operation.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
  • Collaborate with the Global Security Operations Center (GSOC) to monitor global events and emerging threats to assess potential impact to travelers and business operations.
  • Produce concise travel risk products such as risk assessments, trip briefings, advisories, summaries and post travel debrief reports for both regular and high-risk travel.
  • Triage alerts from travel management company and security assistance providers, maintaining documentation and recommending escalation actions to Travel Security Lead.
  • Support travel-related events such as delays, medical issues, and security disruptions.
  • Maintain program data such as traveler location awareness, travel incident trends, and travel analysis dashboards.
  • Support the maintenance of travel security knowledge assets such as country profiles, emergency contact information, quick reference guides, and standard operation procedures.
  • Partner with other internal stakeholders such as Travel & Expense, IT, and various business units to align on risk information, communications and provide advisory information for travel.
  • Help deliver traveler and security awareness training, trip briefings and participate in table top exercises.
  • Contribute to travel security process improvements to increase the overall effectiveness of travel security program.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Associate's degree in Security Studies, International Affairs, Intelligence Studies, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in travel risk management, corporate security, intelligence analysis, GSOC operations, emergency management or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn complex situations into clear, actionable guidance for travelers and leadership.
  • Demonstrated ability to assess risk, apply structured decision making and recommend practical mitigations.
  • Proficiency in relevant travel security management software and systems.
  • Excellent communication skills, with experience in training and/or briefing facilitation.
  • Flexibility in schedule management, prioritization of tasks, and adaptability to rapidly changing environments.
  • Must be a U.S. Person due to required access to U.S. export controlled information or facilities
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Experience working with a travel security assistance provider (ISOS, Crisis 24, etc.)
  • Familiarity with duty of care standards, global travel regulations and security program frameworks.
  • Experience in or supporting high-risk travel.
  • Corporate incident management and response experience.
  • Experience managing projects or initiatives related to travel risk management.
