Our client, a leading Private Equity fund in Midtown Manhattan, is looking for a Valuations Associate to join their team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Structured Products, including syndicated loans, high yield bonds, mezzanine debt, asset-based leasing, and private equity, and experience conducting DCG and comparable trade analysis on respective leveraged products.

- Create, maintain, and utilize monthly and quarterly valuation models
- Perform valuation analyses across the capital structure and prepare findings to the valuation committee
- Liaise with the investment team and 3rd party independent valuation specialists
- Support year-end valuation audit
- Optimize efficiency and improve processes via ad-hoc projects
