Job Description Summary

  • Position Responsibilities:
  • Key Responsibilities

    • Support the monthly/quarterly sales commission calculation and payout process.

    • Review commission data for completeness, accuracy, and adherence to plan rules.

    • Maintain and validate sales hierarchy, crediting, quota, and other related data.

    • Assist in resolving commission inquiries and explain payout calculations to internal stakeholders.

    • Perform routine audits and reconciliations to identify discrepancies and escalate issues as needed.

    • Prepare standard commission reports and dashboards for sales leadership, finance, and payroll.

    • Document processes, procedures, and business rules related to sales commission administration.

    • Partner with payroll and finance teams to support timely and accurate payout processing.

    • Assist with commission plan setup, testing, and updates in commission systems.

    • Support period-end close activities related to incentive compensation.

    Requirements:

    Education & Experience:

    • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

    • 1-3 years of experience in sales commission, finance, sales operations, or data analysis.

    • Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately with large data sets.

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and data validation.

    • Strong organizational and time management skills.

    • Effective written and verbal communication skills.

    Preferred

    • Experience working with sales commission or incentive compensation processes.

    • Exposure to ICM/SPM systems such as Xactly, Varicent, CaptivateIQ, Anaplan, Oracle, or similar platforms.

    • Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce.

    • Basic SQL or reporting tool experience is a plus.

Base Pay Range: $64,790.00 - 89,086.80

You will become eligible for benefits on the first of the month following 30 days from your start date. Sunbelt offers team members the following paid time off from work, subject to Sunbelt's policies (unless specified in a collective bargaining agreement):
