  • Evaluate AUM mix shifts and their implications for revenue, margin, and long-term growth.

  • Synthesize internal performance data with external market and competitive context.

  • Identify emerging trends and proactively flag risks and opportunities.

Revenue & Business Modeling

  • Model fee revenue impacts across distribution channels, vehicles, and product types.

  • Assess pricing, mix, and market-driven revenue sensitivities.

  • Partner with Finance to align revenue forecasting assumptions with distribution trends.

  • Support scenario modeling tied to strategic initiatives and market volatility.

Earnings & Investor Messaging

  • Partner closely with Investor Relations to develop earnings materials and supporting analytics.

  • Build narrative frameworks explaining quarterly performance drivers.

  • Anticipate investor and analyst questions and prepare supporting materials.

  • Ensure consistency between underlying business performance and external messaging.

Executive Communication

  • Develop clear, concise presentations for senior management and executive committees.

  • Translate complex analytics into digestible, decision-oriented insights.

  • Serve as a strategic advisor to GCG leadership on performance positioning.

Team Leadership

  • Lead and develop a small team

  • Establish analytical standards, governance, and best practices.

  • Foster a high-performance, insight-driven team culture.

What will help you be successful in this role

  • 7-12 years of experience in asset management, management consulting with exposure to asset management, strategic finance, or related roles.

  • Strong understanding of public-company reporting cadence and earnings processes.

  • Deep familiarity with asset management fee structures across vehicles and channels.

  • Demonstrated ability to synthesize complex financial and operating data into executive-level narratives.

  • Experience presenting to senior leadership or supporting C-suite decision-making.

Core Competencies

  • Strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen

  • Exceptional analytical and financial modeling skills

  • Clear and compelling communicator (written and verbal)

  • Ability to operate in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments

  • High executive presence and stakeholder management capability

  • Strong cross-functional collaborator
