Job Purpose
The Financial Sales Manager (FSM) will support and promote the sale of Case IH, Case and New Holland equipment within a designated geography via a captive dealer network. The FSM will use a suite of financial products/services within their territory to grow/retain market share to an acceptable targeted value.
Key Responsibilities
Territory to cover: New England
  • Lead dealer enterprise relationships vital to build equipment and financial market share growth
  • Develop, maintain, and implement a territory business plan to meet objectives via an enterprise sales process
  • Regularly develop and provide training to dealer sales teams (sales, F&I, management, service, parts)
  • Have a regular and active role in leading key customer/dealer/brand relationships
  • Build and maintain superior understanding of industry and competitive tendencies within territory
  • Demonstrate the assertiveness, perseverance, energy and passion -- results oriented behavior required to be successful in a sales role
  • Effectively communicate with dealer principals and CFO level management

Experience Required
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance or related subject area. In lieu of degree, 7+ years of experience in field sales, Marketing, Finance or collaboration with dealerships, captive distribution networks or Finance & Insurance sales
  • 5+ years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Technical Support, or collaboration with dealerships, captive distribution networks or Finance & Insurance sales
  • Must be fluent in English

Preferred Qualifications
  • 7+ years knowledge and/or experience in Agriculture and/or Construction Equipment industry
  • Field experience in financial service sales or comparable selling environment
  • Demonstration of strong negotiation, relationship building, and influence skills

Pay Transparency
The annual salary for this role is USD $89,900.00 - $131,825.00 plus any applicable bonus (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)
