MBA or CPA, Sales Finance, Medical Device/Pharma/Manufacturing, & Experience with Managing Managers ALL A MUST!!!!!

      Director of Sales Finance will provide financial support to the VP of U.S. Sales.
  • Develop a partnership and provide guidance to the leadership team to drive business/budget performance initiatives.
  • Lead the financial planning processes for Recon sales (budget, projection, strategic plan) to ensure plans are aligned with organizational strategy.
  • Provide great customer focus and consultation as you review and approve cost saving initiatives. This includes appropriate financial justification for all capital investments. You'll serve as a key strategist in forming financial strategy for the Recon Business Unit.

  You'll lead, hire, develop, and keep a winning team of highly engaged finance managers

Qualifications

The ideal candidate for the Director of Finance position will bring 7-10 years of finance expertise to the role and at last 4 years of experience managing managers. You'll have a Bachelors Degree in Finance or Accounting with an MBA and/or CPA preferred. A background in public accounting and private sector finance is highly preferred.
Strong influencing and relationship building. This is a heavy customer-facing position, so providing business support for multi-disciplinary teams is critical. Experience interacting with Sales teams a plus.
