Automotive Sales Manager

We are currently in need of a Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a highly skilled professional with extensive experience in retail and sales management. This is an excellent opportunity for a high-performing individual with a background in sales and retail to become a part of an innovative and energetic team that provides our customers with a wide variety of automotive services.

Responsibilities:
- Engage with potential customers to understand their needs and preferences
- Provide information about available car models, features, and pricing
- Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle capabilities
- Negotiate sales prices and financing options with customers
- Complete all necessary paperwork and documentation for car sales
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet monthly sales targets
- Stay updated on industry trends and new car models

Experience:
- Previous experience in car sales or a similar role is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent math skills for calculating pricing, financing options, and commissions
- Ability to cold call potential customers and build relationships

- Organizational skills to manage customer information and sales documentation
