Qualifications
Requirements (Entry-Level Financial / Insurance Agent)
• No prior experience in financial services required - comprehensive training and mentorship provided
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to succeed in a performance-based environment
• Interest in finance, insurance, or helping clients achieve financial goals
• Comfortable learning new tools and technology (CRM systems, virtual meeting platforms, etc.)

Licensing (Preferred or Willing to Obtain)
• Life & Health Insurance License (or willingness to obtain)
• FINRA licenses (Series 6/7 and 65/66) a plus, but not required
