Financial Sales with NM110:

Becoming a Financial Sales Consultant with NM110 is an opportunity to help your clients achieve their financial goals. You will build personalized, holistic financial plans tailored to every client’s unique needs, maintaining strong relationships with them through every stage of their lives.

Job Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Build and own your book and relationships with your clientele
  • Maintain client relationships (97% YoY client retention)
  • Provide customized financial solutions spanning investments, retirement, insurance, financial planning, tax planning, etc.
  • Attend client meetings, exhibiting a professional level of financial competency throughout the planning process
  • Grow and scale your practice - hire and manage staff, open your own firm (typically 5+ years)
  • Always act in the client's best interest

Development with NM110:

  • Award-winning training and mentorship program
  • Joint-work program to ensure proper support and critical learning during early development
  • Sponsorship of Licensing/Designations (Life/Health, Series 6, 63, 7, 65, CLU, CFP, ChFC)

Qualifications:

  • Strong interpersonal and networking skills (required)
  • Self-starter and highly motivated (required)

  • Athletic or military background (preferred)
  • Life and Health and investment licenses (SIE, Series 6, 7, 63, 65, and/or 66) (preferred)

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Income is largely performance-based and uncapped
  • Launch Stipend: $37k
  • OTE: Year 1: $100k-$175k l Year 3: $150k-$220k l Year 5: $200k-$300k
