  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure every opportunity is maximized.
  • Coach, mentor, and help develop sales consultants to improve performance and professionalism.
  • Collaborate with dealership leadership to achieve monthly sales, finance, and profitability goals.
  • Help build a positive, team-oriented culture focused on growth, accountability, and customer satisfaction.

What We're Looking For

  • Strong understanding of dealership sales processes and deal structure.
  • Ability to confidently negotiate and close deals while maintaining excellent CSI.
  • Self-motivated, driven, and highly organized.
  • A team player who enjoys coaching others and helping the dealership succeed.
  • Results-oriented with a passion for exceeding goals and growing the business.
  • Reliable, professional, and committed to continuous improvement.
  • High level of integrity and customer-first mindset.

Why Join Our Team?

  • Unique dual-income opportunity with the ability to earn from both sales management and finance.
  • Competitive compensation with significant earning potential.
  • Join a rapidly growing and financially strong dealership group.
  • Work alongside an experienced leadership team that values collaboration and innovation.
  • Opportunity for career advancement as our organization continues to expand.
  • Positive, team-focused culture where your contributions truly make an impact.

If you're an experienced automotive professional who is ready for a role that offers greater opportunity, greater responsibility, and greater earning potential, we'd love to meet you.
