Job description

We are seeking a strong Finance Operations Manager to bring structure, visibility, and discipline to our financial systems.
This is an operational role - not a tax-only accounting position.
Role Overview
You will own day-to-day financial operations including payroll oversight, client invoicing, accounts receivable/payable, and cash flow forecasting.
Your mission is to create financial clarity, clean reporting, and predictable cash flow.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Infrastructure
  • Clean and maintain QuickBooks Online
  • Reconcile all bank and credit card accounts
  • Maintain accurate and timely monthly P&L
  • Improve chart of accounts and reporting structure

Cash Flow & Forecasting
  • Build and maintain a 13-week rolling cash flow forecast
  • Monitor payroll obligations and vendor payments
  • Provide weekly cash position updates
  • Identify risk gaps before they happen

Billing & Revenue Operations
  • Manage invoicing for 40+ clients
  • Maintain master billing calendar
  • Track accounts receivable and enforce collections process
  • Ensure timely and accurate revenue recognition

Payroll & Expense Oversight
  • Oversee high-volume payroll processing
  • Track payroll as % of revenue
  • Categorize and control operational expenses
