Job Brief: Client Service Representative
Are you passionate about providing exceptional customer service in the exciting world of leisure, travel, and tourism? V E Vacations 808 is looking for a Travel Client Representative to join our dynamic team. As a key player in our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring our customers have a seamless and memorable experience from start to finish. This commission-based 1099 opportunity offers unlimited earning potential monthly!
Responsibilities:
  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
  • Assisting customers with booking travel arrangements
  • Handling customer complaints and providing appropriate solutions
  • Processing payments and refunds
  • Updating customer records and information in the database
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction

Skills Required:
  • Must be 18 yrs or older
  • Full training provided (No experience necessary)
  • Must have a smartphone or computer with reliable internet connection
  • Must enjoy helping people
  • Must be coachable & trainable
