Coon Rapids Chrysler Dodger Jeep , a well-established mid-size dealership, is seeking a high-performing Fixed Operations Manager to lead, develop, and elevate our service and parts operations. This is an opportunity for a proven leader who is currently managing a team and is ready to take the next step in driving operational excellence, accountability, and growth.

What You'll Do:

The Fixed Operations Manager is responsible for driving performance across all service and parts departments, ensuring operational excellence, profitability, and an exceptional customer experience. This leader partners with dealership leadership to align fixed ops strategy with overall store goals while developing high-performing teams. The role requires a hands-on operator who can balance process discipline, customer retention, and financial performance in a fast-paced OEM environment.

  • Lead all fixed operations departments including Service and Parts

  • Drive departmental profitability through effective labor rate management, parts margins, and expense control

  • Monitor and improve key KPIs including RO count, hours per RO, effective labor rate, CSI, retention, and absorption

  • Ensure consistent delivery of a high-quality, OEM-compliant customer experience

  • Develop and coach Service and Parts Managers to improve leadership effectiveness and team performance

  • Oversee technician productivity, efficiency, and proficiency while supporting recruiting and retention of skilled talent

  • Implement and enforce processes, policies, and OEM program standards

  • Collaborate with Sales leadership to maximize service retention and reconditioning efficiency

  • Analyze financial statements and departmental reporting to identify trends and drive performance improvements

  • Maintain strong relationships with OEM partners, ensuring compliance and maximizing available programs and incentives

  • Drive a culture focused on accountability, continuous improvement, and team engagement

  • All other duties as assigned by leadership.

What You'll Bring:

  • 5+ years of leadership experience in automotive fixed operations (Service/Parts)

  • Proven track record of improving profitability, CSI, and operational efficiency

  • Strong financial acumen with the ability to interpret and act on departmental and dealership-level reporting

  • Experience working within an OEM franchise environment

  • Demonstrated ability to lead leaders, coach teams, and drive accountability

  • Deep understanding of service operations, technician management, and parts inventory strategy

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills

  • Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence
