Commercial Lines Account Manager

As a Commercial Lines Account Manager, you'll serve as a trusted partner to clients, helping them navigate their insurance needs while protecting their businesses from evolving risks. In this role, you will manage and grow a commercial lines book of business, provide consultative service throughout the policy lifecycle, and support clients with coverage solutions that align with their risk management goals.
Working closely with producers, underwriters, carriers, and internal team members, you will play a key role in client retention, account growth, and overall service excellence.   • Build and maintain strong client relationships by delivering responsive service and understanding changing business insurance needs.
  • Manage new and renewal business activities, including evaluating risk exposures and securing appropriate commercial insurance coverage solutions.
  • Process endorsements, policy updates, renewals, and account servicing requests with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Partner with producers, underwriters, and internal stakeholders to support renewal strategies, retain business, and strengthen client relationships.
  • Identify opportunities for account rounding and cross-selling, including umbrella, flood, business interruption, and other complementary coverages.
  • Maintain accurate account documentation and ensure compliance with agency procedures, carrier requirements, and industry standards.

Pay Range: Posted below*
*Any job offer is based upon a salary analysis to comply with applicable state pay transparency laws, considering relevant experience, education, certifications, and seniority as compared to others doing substantially similar work.
