We're seeking a full-time Insurance Customer Service Rep to deliver exceptional service, support sales efforts, and maintain strong client relationships. Responsibilities- Greet customers in person in a friendly and professional manner
- Handle inbound calls, emails, and chats efficiently
- Direct inquiries to the appropriate team members
- Analyze customer needs and provide tailored solutions
- Support sales efforts through education and cross-selling
- Resolve client concerns and negotiate solutions when needed
Requirements- A valid Property & Casualty license is required, or willing to obtain
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
