Ace Handyman Services is an Ace Hardware Company that provides professional repair, maintenance, and improvement services for residential and commercial customers
Overview of Position:
The CSR works in an an office environment assisting the TEAM and reports to the Office Manager. The CSR acts as the central hub, handling inbound calls/leads, scheduling jobs, ordering materials, and providing information on services, ensuring smooth operations by coordinating craftsmen, solving logistics, managing paperwork, and boosting customer satisfaction with strong communication and problem-solving.

30hrs per week required to fill the role

Responsibilities:
Customer Interaction: Ensure phones are answered promptly, respond to leads (email, web), provide service info, pricing, and availability, receive complaints, and follow up with clients.
Scheduling & Dispatch: Coordinate and manage schedules for multiple craftsmen and projects, efficiently dispatching jobs and optimizing routes.
Logistical Support: Order materials for jobs, help solve operational issues, and ensure smooth project flow from start to finish.
Sales & Support: Educate customers on services, process quotes/billing, and potentially handle other sales such as commercial clients.
Administrative Tasks: Perform general office duties, filing, and data entry.
