Collibra Developer
Position Overview
The Collibra Developer will be responsible for designing, configuring, and supporting enterprise data governance solutions using the Collibra Data Intelligence platform. This role focuses on metadata management, data lineage, workflow automation, and integration with enterprise data platforms to ensure compliance, quality, and accessibility of organizational data assets.
Key Responsibilities
  • Collibra Platform Development - Configure Collibra workflows, dashboards, and data domains to support governance and stewardship processes.
  • Metadata & Lineage Management - Implement metadata ingestion, lineage tracking, and cataloging across enterprise data sources.
  • Workflow Automation - Develop and customize Collibra workflows for approvals, certifications, and governance processes.
  • Integration & APIs - Build integrations with ETL tools, data warehouses, BI platforms, and cloud services using REST APIs and Collibra Connect.
  • Data Governance Enablement - Partner with governance teams to enforce data quality, compliance, and stewardship policies.
  • Collaboration & Support - Work with data architects, analysts, and business stakeholders to translate governance requirements into Collibra solutions.

Required Qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience with Collibra Data Intelligence platform (Data Catalog, Lineage, Governance).
  • Strong knowledge of metadata management, data quality, and governance frameworks.
  • Hands-on experience with Collibra workflow design, BPMN, and Collibra Connect.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Python, or Java for data integration and automation.
  • Experience integrating Collibra with ETL/ELT tools, BI platforms, and cloud data warehouses (Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
