Our Back of House Kitchen Team Members work in a fast paced, high energy environment. The responsibility of our Salad & Cold Prep Kitchen Team Members is to produce the highest quality cold food products with precision and accuracy, continually observing and implementing the proper quality-assurance and food-safety procedures.
Prep items include:
- Salad Variations (Cobb, Market, Spicy Southwest, Side)
- Grilled Wrap
- Kale Crunch
- Fruit Cup
- Parfaits
We are looking for applicants who exhibit the following qualities:
