LOD Staffing has openings for Production Worker – Cold Warehouse Environment

Location: San Antonio, TX
Employment Type: Full-Time / Temp Staff

Schedule: 12-hour shifts

Pay: $14 weekdays $14.50 weekends

Job Summary

Production Workers are responsible for assisting with product handling, assembly, packing, and general warehouse tasks while maintaining safety, accuracy, and quality standards. Ideal candidates are dependable, team-oriented, and comfortable working in a physically demanding, fast-paced environment.

  • Temperatures may range from 32°F–45°F or lower depending on department
  • Must be able to work in this environment for 10-12 hours.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Handle, sort, prepare, and package products for shipment or storage
  • Operate basic warehouse equipment as assigned (training provided)
  • Perform loading, unloading, stacking, and staging functions
  • Follow written and verbal instructions and production requirements
  • Maintain clean and organized work areas
  • Follow safety procedures and wear required PPE
  • Report damaged product or safety hazards to supervisors
  • Assist team members and perform other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications

  • Must be able to work in a cold environment (Temperatures may range from 32°F–45°F or lower depending on department) for 10-12 hours per shift.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States
  • Reliable transportation and consistent attendance required

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous warehouse, production, distribution, or manufacturing experience
  • Experience working in cold storage or refrigerated environments
  • Basic knowledge of warehouse safety practices
  • Ability to operate pallet jacks or related equipment

Work Environment

  • Primary work is performed in a cold warehouse environment
