Step Into Warehouse Success – Join Our 3rd Shift Picking Team!
Are you reliable, detail-oriented, and ready to thrive in a fast-paced environment? We’re looking for a dedicated Picker to join our evening team in a cold food storage facility on the east side of Indianapolis. If you’re comfortable working in a cold environment and want a stable opportunity with consistent hours, this role is for you!

Location: East Side of Indianapolis
Schedule: Thursday–Monday, 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Pay Rate: $18/hour
Work Environment: Cold food storage facility (34°F)

Job Summary:
As a Picker, you’ll be responsible for accurately selecting, handling, and preparing product for shipment in a temperature-controlled warehouse. You’ll play a vital role in ensuring customer orders are completed with accuracy and efficiency while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Accurately pick and stage products according to order requirements
  • Handle food products safely in compliance with GMP and food safety guidelines
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in a cold storage environment
  • Follow safety protocols while operating warehouse equipment (training provided if needed)
  • Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals
What You’ll Need:
  • Ability to work in a cold environment (34°F) for extended periods
  • Dependability and strong attendance
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in order picking
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for the majority of your shift
  • Previous warehouse or picking experience preferred, but not required
