ROLE DESCRIPTION:
We’re seeking a high-producing Property & Casualty candidate to join our team in Medina. If you’re self-motivated, reliable, and ready to prospect and grow business in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you.
What You’ll Do
  • Self-prospect and cold call to generate new leads and opportunities
  • Discuss additional coverage needs with existing customers and help uncover cross-sell opportunities
  • Use prospecting tools and CRM workflows to manage pipeline activity and follow-ups
  • Collaborate with a small team while maintaining strong individual productivity
  • Provide excellent customer service while working in a fast-paced environment
What We’re Looking For
  • Previous insurance experience (Property & Casualty)
  • Valid Ohio Property & Casualty license
  • Proven ability to be self-sufficient and drive results independently
  • Experience with typical prospecting software and Outlook / Microsoft applications
  • Strong communication skills and the confidence to cold call and present additional options to current customers
  • Reliable, self-motivated, and consistent in a sales-focused role
  • Able to work effectively within a small team and adapt quickly to a fast-paced setting
Compensation & Benefits
  • $25/hour hourly wage
  • Generous commission and bonus schedule based on performance
  • Total Compensation for successful candidate is expected to be $70,000-$85,000
  • After 90 days probationary period:
