Job description

Business Development Manager

You will be responsible for developing business contacts, uncovering and developing new clients in order to fulfill permanent placement, contract placement and contract to hire needs of our customers. You will be expected to gather the necessary job requirements and facilitate the job requisition information to the recruiting team.


Day to Day Activities Include:

  • New business generation
  • Client development
  • Job requisition management
  • Client visits
  • Cold calling
  • Database maintenance
  • Attend networking events


Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1+ year B2B sales experience in a technical industry. This fast-paced environment requires multi-tasking skills and the ability to communicate effectively.

  • Must be able to cold call on a daily basis
  • Must have good oral and written communication skills
  • Will train but must have some sales experience.
