Job description

The Company
Hallcon is a transportation and related infrastructure services company that serves clients such as railroads, technology companies, manufacturers, universities, corporate business parks, hospitals, airports, public transportation networks and more.
Hallcon provides essential services spanning multi-modal operations, integrated command centers, electric vehicle (EV) infrastructure, technology integration, analytics, business intelligence, fleet management, specialty cleaning, and overall rider experience performance. We are inviting the right leader to join our team and help us drive rapid growth.
The Role
Hallcon is looking for a Demand Generation Specialist to build and run the demand generation engine that feeds our sales team. This is a hands-on role for someone who lives in HubSpot, knows how to build target lists, and has developed multi-touch outbound campaigns that produced meetings.
This role reports directly to our Vice President of Marketing and supports our sellers, who handle complex enterprise relationships in transportation services and EV infrastructure. Your job is to keep their pipelines full of qualified, well-researched, ready-to-engage opportunities. You'll have full ownership of campaign execution, the tools and workflows, and direct visibility into how your work converts to revenue.
The position is hybrid, with three days per week in our downtown Chicago office.
Key Responsibilities
  • Build and execute multi-touch outbound campaigns across email, LinkedIn, and digital channels, targeting named accounts in priority verticals
  • Own the demand generation tech stack, including HubSpot, data enrichment tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and paid LinkedIn for retargeting
  • Build and maintain segmented target account lists with structured tiering against Hallcon's account qualification criteria
  • Design HubSpot sequences, workflows, and automations that move prospects from first touch through marketing-qualified handoff to sales
  • Partner directly with our sellers to refine targeting and increase pipeline conversion
  • Produce campaign assets including email copy, landing page content, and short-form supporting content
  • Report weekly on campaign metrics: meetings booked, opportunities created, pipeline sourced, cost per qualified meeting, and conversion rates by stage
  • Continuously optimize campaign performance through A/B testing, iteration, and channel-mix adjustment

Qualifications
  • 2-5 years of hands-on experience in B2B demand generation, growth marketing, or sales development
  • Demonstrated experience operating modern marketing technology stacks, with deep proficiency in at least one major marketing automation platform, HubSpot strongly preferred
  • Hands-on experience with data and enrichment tools (Clay, Apollo, ZoomInfo, Cognism, or equivalent)
  • Track record of building outbound campaigns that produced measurable pipeline outcomes
  • Strong writing skills
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience

Preferred Skills
  • Background in B2B marketing, understanding how technical buyers research, evaluate, and buy
  • Experience with account-based marketing and named-account targeting
  • Familiarity with paid LinkedIn campaign management and account-level retargeting
  • Working knowledge of email deliverability, sender reputation, and list hygiene
  • Experience experimenting with AI-powered marketing tooling and a willingness to test, evaluate, and adopt fast

We offer competitive compensation, comprehensive benefits, exceptional growth potential and stability, all within a professional, yet casual work environment.
Hallcon is an equal opportunity employer and welcomes applications from all qualified individuals. All qualified applicants will receive equal consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, gender, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, national origin, genetics, disability, age, or veteran status.
