Job description

Guides assigned workers by ensuring completion of projects in accordance with trade standards. Provides information on the proper uses of equipment, identifying repair and/or replacement needs and supporting other skilled trades in completing work assignments. Implements and monitors code and non-code required preventive maintenance and maintains records for code manuals.
