Job Description

Cintas is seeking a PMO Program Manager who will be responsible for leading and delivering complex, multi-project programs that align with strategic business objectives.

Skills/Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum 10 years of experience leading and managing largescale Information Technology deployments, with a strong emphasis on Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) implementation programs.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience successfully recovering, stabilizing, or turning around troubled or highrisk projects, demonstrating strong assessment, remediation, and executivecommunication skills.
  • Quality Improvement experience with recognized frameworks such as ISO9000, CMMI, or Six Sigma.
  • Experience collaborating with and managing relationships with thirdparty vendors, integrators, and buyers, including contract oversight, performance management, and escalation handling.
  • Demonstrated experience leading large, crossfunctional project teams across complex, multistakeholder environments.
  • Proven success in introducing, implementing, and standardizing Project Management processes, methodologies, and governance frameworks to improve delivery consistency and organizational maturity.
  • Experience providing dottedline leadership, including coaching, mentoring, career development guidance, and performance management
