Job description

General Cleaner
  • Build upon, grow and maintain relationships with our current team members and our customer partners.
  • Provide proactive leadership to the team including training, conflict resolution, organization of duties, equipment and supplies, scheduling, supply ordering, security and safety of our team and any other detail to maintain a successful site location.
  • Maintain and protect the positive representation of Team MJV and its image at all times.
  • Continually increase team culture through positive recruitment and coaching of team members to care about Team MJV’s mission of providing a safe and healthy environment.
  • RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • 1. Motivate Team Members and create positive company culture
  • 2. Find replacements and/or fill in for absent Team Members when applicable
  • 3. Order supplies on weekly, biweekly or monthly basis as needed
  • 4. Inventory control and organization of supply room, janitor closets/cages, and office
  • 5. Keep equipment clean and in proper working order
  • 6. Report equipment problems for repair when necessary
  • 7. Recruitment and training
  • 8. Communicate with management at job sites
  • 9. Resolve any cleaning or personnel issues in a timely manner
  • 10. Schedule walk-thru with new applicant and complete walk thru check list
