Job description

Skilled CNC Machinists wanted to work with advanced multi-axis machining technology producing precision medical device components. Great fit for CNC, Setup, Mazak, Swiss, or Multi-Axis Machinists looking to advance at a growing medical device manufacturer. Full-Time | On-site | West Chester, PA.

Equipment You'll Work With:

- Mazak Integrex 100 & 200 with lower turrets

- Mazak Variaxis 5-Axis Machining Centers

- Star Swiss-Type CNC Lathes

- Advanced multi-axis milling and turning platforms

(Backgrounds in Mazak, Swiss, Haas, Okuma, Mori Seiki, Citizen, Tsugami, DMG Mori, Makino, or similar welcome)

What You'll Do:

- Setup and operate CNC machining equipment

- Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and process documentation

- Select tooling and perform offset adjustments

- Verify dimensions using precision measuring equipment

- Perform first-piece, in-process, and final inspections

- Maintain tight tolerances and superior surface finishes

- Troubleshoot machining issues and improve production efficiency

- Support continuous improvement and routine machine maintenance

What We're Looking For:

- Minimum 2 years of CNC machining experience

- Ability to independently setup and operate CNC equipment

- Strong blueprint reading skills

- Experience with calipers, micrometers, indicators, and other precision measuring equipment

- Understanding of feeds, speeds, tooling, offsets, and machining fundamentals

Shift & Compensation:

- Competitive hourly compensation; overtime available

- 2nd Shift Differential: +15%; 3rd Shift Differential: +30%

- Relocation assistance available; climate-controlled facility
