Support the Military's Quality of Life programs! The Morale, Welfare, and Recreation (MWR) department of Commander, Navy Installations Command (CNIC) provides fitness, recreation, lodging and food and beverage programs for service members, their families, retired military and civilian employees. This position is assigned to the Non-Appropriated Fund (NAF) Food and Beverage; Fleet Readiness; Commander, Navy Installations command (CNIC); NBK BremertonQualifications:
  • Knowledge of DoD and Navy policies, regulations and procedures pertaining to the planning, budgeting, funding and recreations management
  • Ability to analyze and prepare clear, concise, and technically sound reports related to work within assigned installation
  • Knowledge of CNIC EEO policy and procedures
  • Skill in interpersonal relations and negotiation
  • Ability to perform the full range of supervisory duties
  • Ability to communicate both orally and in writing
