Job description

About the Role

Picture your day starting at 6:00 AM in West Jefferson, OH. You review work orders, scan equipment manuals, and head to the floor. An air compressor needs a PM, the fire system’s PIVs and extinguishers get checked, and a 3‑phase motor control demands quick troubleshooting. Mid-morning, a CNC throws an electrical control fault—you trace it down using your own toolkit and documentation. After lunch, you rig and relocate a machine with a forklift, fabricate a small steel bracket using ARC welding, and finish by rebuilding a hydraulic valve. By 2:30 PM, you’ve kept production moving safely and efficiently.
