A global leader in specialty equipment and custom-made machinery with a facility in Tampa, Florida, is currently looking to hire several CNC Machinists for Long-Term Direct-Hire opportunities with their growing company. These are excellent opportunities for those looking to work for a company that offers great benefits, stable employment, training and career development.


The CNC Machinists hourly rates are anticipated to start between $25 to $32 per hour based on each candidates experience and education. All well qualified candidates will be considered regardless of pay rate. Overtime is paid at premium rates over 40 hours. We offer excellent benefits including great medical, dental, 401k, PTO, and more.


Qualified CNC Machinists will have most, if not all, of the following skills and experience:

  • 2+ years of CNC Machining experience on either Mills or Lathes,
  • MUST be able to setup and operate.
  • Able to read blueprints, understand GD&T, and shop math for tolerancing / offsets.
  • Perform part inspections with calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
  • 2nd & 3rd shifts available, climate-controlled shop, short-run & prototype work on exotic materials.
  • Open to training, development, and a relocation assistance package is provided.
  • Able to pass standard pre-hire checks including background, drug screen, etc.
