The Work You’ll Be Doing

  • Set up and operate multi-axis CNC mills (3-, 4-, and 5-axis)
  • Read blueprints and GD&T to ensure parts meet exact specifications
  • Perform offsets, tooling changes, and minor program edits
  • Conduct in-process inspections using precision measuring tools
  • Document all work per GMP/GDP standards
  • Follow preventive maintenance schedules and basic machine upkeep
  • Participate in 5S, Lean, and continuous improvement efforts
  • Collaborate with teammates to hit production and quality targets

  • Associate’s degree, machinist certification, or apprenticeship
  • Experience with mill-turn or Swiss machines
  • Background in medical or aerospace manufacturing
