We also integrate and facilitate the testing of all customer-supplied and third-party equipment, which enables us to offer convenient turnkey solution options.

Our engineered products are installed in critical applications throughout the United States and internationally, serving government agencies, the military, police and fire departments, hospitals, assisted living facilities, schools, data centers, etc.

Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled CNC Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in CNC operations and a strong mechanical aptitude.

Responsibilities:

- Set up and operate CNC machines to perform tasks such as drilling, grinding, milling, etc.

- Read and interpret blueprints to understand job specifications

- Program machines using CNC software

- Inspect finished products for quality and adherence to specifications

- Perform routine maintenance on machines

- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient production processes

Skills:

- Proficiency in CNC operation including laser cutting, programming, and fabrication

- Experience with milling machines and stamping presses

- Mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting machine issues

- Ability to conduct quality inspections using tools like micrometers

- Familiarity with hand tools used in machining processes
