Compensation & Shift Premiums
  • Starting Pay: $25–$30/hour
  • 5% Shift Differential for Afternoons
  • 6% Shift Differential for 3rd Shift
  • Most openings are on afternoon and evening shifts
What You’ll Be Doing
  • Operating and/or setting up multiple CNC and manual machines including mills and lathes
  • Working in a precision-driven medical device manufacturing environment
  • Using micrometers, calipers, gauges, and measuring equipment to ensure quality standards
  • Supporting production, machining, finishing, and robotic operations
  • Maintaining accuracy and quality throughout the manufacturing process
What We’re Looking For
Level I Candidates:
  • Experience operating multiple CNC and/or manual machines
  • Comfortable working with mills and lathes
  • Experience using precision measuring tools
  • Strong attention to detail and quality
Level II Candidates:
  • Experience setting up and operating multiple machines
  • Background in metal finishing and/or robotic operations preferred
