CNC Mill Operator I & II | $22-$30/hr + 15% Shift Premium Based on experience

2nd Shift: 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM
WORK IS IN PORTLAND, IN
Are you a CNC Mill Machinist who takes pride in producing precision parts? We are recruiting for a stable, growing precision manufacturer in the Portland, Indiana area that is investing in skilled machinists. Whether you're an experienced setup machinist or looking to grow your career, this is an excellent opportunity with competitive pay, outstanding benefits, and long-term stability.

What You'll Do

· Set up and operate CNC Mills

· Read blueprints and engineering drawings

· Machine steel, stainless steel, and aluminum

· Hold tight tolerances up to ±.0002”

· Perform machine setups and tooling changes

· Inspect parts using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other precision instruments

· Adjust speeds, feeds, and offsets

· Perform basic machine maintenance

· Work safely while producing high-quality parts

What We're Looking For

· 1+ year of CNC Mill experience (more experience welcomed)

· Blueprint reading skills

· Experience with precision measuring tools

· Mechanical aptitude

· Setup experience preferred

· Reliable attendance and team-oriented attitude
