We are seeking an experienced CNC Machinist Setup/Operator to join our growing team in Concord, New Hampshire.

This opportunity is ideal for a highly skilled machinist who takes pride in producing precision components, maintaining exceptional quality standards, and working in a collaborative manufacturing environment.

  • We currently have openings for experienced professionals with backgrounds in:

  • Citizen L-Series Swiss CNC machines

  • Vertical machining centers

  • Horizontal machining centers

  • Mill-turn machines

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up and operate CNC equipment to produce high-quality precision components

  • Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and GD&T specifications

  • Perform in-process and final inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards

  • Measure and verify parts using precision inspection tools and equipment

  • Document inspection results accurately and maintain quality records

  • Inspect, deburr, and finish small features under a microscope

  • Monitor machine performance and identify opportunities for process improvements

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

  • Consistently meet production and quality expectations

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 10 years of CNC machining experience

  • Proven experience setting up and operating CNC machines

  • Strong understanding of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T)

  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications

  • Experience performing self-inspections and documenting results

  • Proficiency using precision measuring instruments

  • Experience inspecting and deburring small components under magnification

  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality
