CNC Mill Setup/Operator

Position Summary:
Reporting to the Mill Program Engineer, the CNC Mill Setup/Operator will be responsible for setting-up and operating the CNC Mill to machine various metal and plastic parts.

Essential Job Functions:
  • Understand and make machine adjustments to produce high quality parts.
  • Use inspection equipment including optical comparator, micrometer, calipers, etc.
  • Deburr and clean parts for further process steps.
  • Clean and maintain the CNC equipment.
  • Other duties related to manufacturing.
Qualifications:
  • Good knowledge of shop tools and machines.
  • Must be self-motivated to produce high quality parts.
  • Must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
  • Great dexterity, mechanical aptitude, and a strong desire to learn.
  • Experience working in Medical Device and/or other FDA regulated manufacturing environments are a bonus.
Education and Experience:
  • Must have minimum of a High School diploma/GED.
  • 6+ months of experience.
  • Set-up experience preferred, but not necessary.
Shifts:
2nd Shift: 3:00PM โ€“ 11:00PM, Monday โ€“ Friday
3rd Shift: 11:00PM โ€“ 7:00AM, Sunday โ€“ Thursday
