$18.00 - $21.00/hour, based on experience

Delivering Solutions that Matter:
  • Provide compassionate assistance with residents' activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and meals, while maintaining privacy, dignity, and independence.
  • Obtain and document vital signs, intake and output, and other relevant observations; promptly communicate changes in residents' physical, emotional, or cognitive condition to the nursing team.
  • Assist residents with safe transfers, repositioning, ambulation, and use of mobility equipment in accordance with care plans and facility guidelines to reduce the risk of falls and pressure injuries.
  • Encourage residents to participate in recreational, social, and therapeutic activities that promote engagement, independence, and overall quality of life.
  • Maintain a clean, comfortable, and secure environment by following infection prevention and safety procedures, responding promptly to call lights, and addressing residents' needs throughout the shift.
Qualifications for Success:
  • Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in good standing with the MA state registry.
  • Ability to communicate fluently in English - both verbally and written
