Can I work in the medical field with no experience?

For an entry-level Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) position, prior experience is not always required, as many employers provide on-the-job training. However, completing a certified training program and obtaining certification can improve job prospects and demonstrate competence in clinical skills and patient care. Some roles may require basic knowledge of medical procedures and familiarity with medical tools, but many entry-level positions are designed for individuals new to the healthcare field.
