Job Description

We are seeking a Clinical Project Manager to assist in leading the planning, execution, and delivery of clinical trials. This role manages small to mid-sized studies and supports larger, complex programs by coordinating cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure trials are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support cross-functional study execution teams to drive successful clinical trial delivery
  • Provide strategic guidance and oversight to study teams, proactively resolving operational challenges and risks
  • Manage study timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure trials meet quality, cost, and schedule expectations
  • Oversee CROs and external vendors to ensure performance aligns with contractual and operational requirements
  • Support study feasibility, including patient enrollment strategies, site selection, and data collection planning
  • Contribute to protocol development and ensure study execution aligns with program objectives
  • Implement risk mitigation strategies to support successful trial outcomes
Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree with 5+ years of clinical research experience, including clinical trial management
  • Demonstrated experience managing and executing clinical studies
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements, including ICH guidelines and GCP
  • Experience overseeing CROs and external vendors
  • Proven ability to lead matrixed, cross-functional teams
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience with late-phase clinical trials (Phase 2b or Phase 3)
  • Experience managing global clinical trials and supporting regional regulatory submissions

Additional Information

Deciphera is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The base salary pay range for this role is $129,000 - $194,000. Actual compensation packages will depend on various factors, including, but not limited to depth of experience, education, skillset, overall performance and/or location.
