Do you want to support business growth that meet the needs of Emsere’s project management team? We are seeking an experienced Project Assistant to join our dynamic team. Join us in shaping the future of clinical trials and making a meaningful impact in healthcare!


As a full-time Project Assistant, you will be responsible for performing operational, supportive and organizational tasks, according to a set of administrative procedures.


This is a role that works collaboratively as part of both a local and global team in North America.


What will you do?


  • Assist in the establishment, maintenance and completion of projects within the organization.
  • Maintain/update project management process/items in Odoo, Share Point and any other management system (handling all system administration tasks related to project management responsibilities).
  • Assist, maintain and update in the preparation of documentation and progress reports for ongoing projects.
  • Maintain and improve relationships with clients and their representatives.
  • Frequent contact with global colleagues.
  • Consults on an ongoing basis with the Project Manager, Account Manager, Business Development Manager, Product & Procurement Manager, Transport Manager and Delegate, QA Manager, Finance Department.


Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent working proficiency through documented experience preferred.
  • 1+ years of relevant experience
  • Additional (hard) skills:
    • Fluent in English (verbal and writing) and a second language (but, not mandatory)
    • Basic understanding of GxP guidelines and regulations.
    • Strong computer skills (MS Word, MS excel, etc.).
    • Understanding of Good Clinical Practice (GCP).
