Position Summary
The Revenue Cycle Manager - Operations is responsible for the daily operational performance of Elite DNA's Revenue Cycle department. This role provides leadership over Accounts Receivable, payment posting, denial management, reporting and analytics, and operational performance initiatives to maximize reimbursement while supporting an exceptional patient and provider experience.
The Operations Manager partners closely with Finance, Clinical Operations, and the Revenue Cycle Systems & Technology Manager to improve productivity, cash collections, and operational effectiveness.
Essential Responsibilities
Operational Leadership
Provide leadership for:
  • Accounts Receivable

Establish productivity expectations and monitor team performance.
Financial Performance
