Job description

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Houston, TX that is seeking a Client Support Analyst.
Job Overview:
The Client Support Analyst serves as a critical post-deal liaison. This role requires a detail-oriented professional who can conduct thorough operational research, resolve complex inquiries, and ensure exceptional service delivery across all phases of the customer lifecycle following contract execution. In this position, you will be the primary point of contact for brokers and sales representatives navigating post-deal inquiries including enrollment issues, billing inquiries, regulatory complaints, tax exemptions, and early termination scenarios. Success in this role demands strong analytical capabilities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while adhering to SLA's.
The Client Support Analyst conducts complex operational analyses to support informed decision-making within the business unit, acting as a trusted advisor to internal and external stakeholders. This position requires proactive engagement in process improvement, cross-functional collaboration, and consistent communication with leadership on deliverables and status updates. The ideal candidate brings a passion for the retail energy and gas market, demonstrates a winning attitude, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where problem-solving and customer advocacy are essential.
REQUIREMENTS:
* High School diploma/GED
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
* 2 years of experience

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
