Job description

Customer Experience Associate - Product Specialist
People Matter Here. So Does the Experience We Create.

Studio G began in 1995 and has grown into a design-forward company specializing in residential glass, closets, and premium hardware for new construction and renovation projects along the lakeshore. We work with builders, designers, and homeowners at the final stage of construction, when communication, organization, timeliness and attention to detail matter most.
This is not a high-pressure sales environment.
This is relationship-driven work.
Our team succeeds by helping customers navigate important decisions with confidence, professionalism, and genuine care. We believe exceptional customer experiences create lasting partnerships and drive long-term business growth.
If you naturally put others first, bring positive energy to every interaction, and enjoy helping customers find solutions, we'd love to connect.
For this role, we are looking for a highly service-oriented professional who finds genuine satisfaction in creating outstanding customer experiences. Whether your background is in hospitality, customer service, account management, design, construction, retail, or another people-focused industry, your ability to build trust and serve others matters most.
Key Responsibilities & What You'll Be Doing:
  • Customer First Service: Serve as a trusted point of contact for builders, designers, homeowners, and trade partners, ensuring every customer interaction reflects Studio G's commitment to excellence.
  • Relationship Building: Develop strong, long-term relationships by listening carefully, understanding customer needs, and delivering solutions that exceed expectations.
  • Product Expertise: Learn and confidently represent Studio G's offerings across glass, closets, hardware, and related product categories.
  • Project Coordination: Guide customers through the process from inquiry to completion, coordinating with internal teams to ensure projects stay organized and on track.
  • Problem Solving: Address questions, concerns, and challenges quickly and professionally while maintaining a positive, solution-focused attitude.
  • Communication Excellence: Communicate proactively and clearly with customers, vendors, and team members to create an exceptional experience at every stage.
  • Attention to Detail: Manage quotes, specifications, orders, and project information accurately to support successful project execution.
  • Humbly Serve: Demonstrate kindness, professionalism, and a genuine desire to help others while contributing positively to Studio G's culture and team environment.

Qualifications:
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Positive, professional, and customer-focused mindset
  • Ability to stay organized and manage multiple priorities
  • Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to customer needs
  • Comfortable learning technical products and industry knowledge
  • Proficiency with computers and business software
  • Valid driver's license

Preferred Experience:
  • Hospitality or guest services experience
  • Customer service, account management, or client success experience
  • Sales or relationship management experience
  • Experience in residential construction, remodeling, interior design, cabinetry, closets, glass, or architectural products
  • Experience managing projects or coordinating multiple stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to create exceptional customer experiences

Benefits & Compensation:
Studio G offers a comprehensive benefits package to eligible employees, including but not limited to:
  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance
  • Disability and life insurance
  • Retirement savings plan
  • Health Savings Accounts
  • Chiropractic care

Compensation will be commensurate with experience, skill set, and ability to contribute to the customer experience and growth of Studio G.
Studio G is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
