The world of work as we know it is changing and we're looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI, driving innovation, and keeping Salesforce's core values at the heart of it all.

Ready to level-up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You're in the right place! Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.

Overview

We are seeking a U.S. based Employee Success People Consultant (ESPC) to join our ES organization in a high-visibility split role at the intersection of data, strategy, and execution. This role sits across two critical functions: ES4ES (Employee Success for Employee Success - the ESBP team dedicated to supporting ES employees and leaders) and the ES Strategic Initiatives team, which drives high-priority, cross-functional people programs for ES.
As the primary data and analytics partner for ES4ES, you will own people data requests and insights for the Employee Success organization and its senior leaders. You will also partner closely with the ES Strategic Initiatives team on programmatic and operational support across high-priority people programs - including org design, talent strategy, executive-level reporting, and change management. The ideal candidate is data-first, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where analytical rigor meets strategic execution.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as the data and analytics expert for ES4ES - owning people data requests, using Tableau dashboards, triangulating data across systems (including Employee360), and proactively surfacing trends and insights to support ES leaders and ESBPs.
  • Provide operational and analytical support to the ES Strategic Initiatives team on high-priority, cross-functional people programs including org design, talent strategy, change management, and leadership development initiatives.
  • Monitor and interpret trends and metrics around employee satisfaction, attrition, turnover, and organizational health. Use HR analytic tools to make data-driven recommendations and translate complex data into executive-ready narratives and presentations.
  • Support digital transformation efforts through use of AI/Agents and continuous improvement of processes - actively exploring and piloting AI tools to improve the efficiency and scale of data analytics and program execution.
  • Partner with the ES Strategic Initiatives team, ESBPs, HR Centers of Excellence (COEs), and global partners to help deliver seamless HR processes, programs, and insights across the organization.
  • Create tools, templates, and resources for consistent service delivery at scale across both ES4ES and Strategic Initiatives.
  • Act as a trusted resource for ESBPs and leaders - navigating processes, answering questions, and creating supporting documents across both teams.
Requirements and Key Skills
  • Demonstrated experience in people analytics, HR data analysis, or workforce intelligence, including hands-on work with dashboards, pivot tables, and cross-system data triangulation.
  • Strong ability to collect, assimilate, analyze, and present data - connecting the dots and translating trends into key insights and presentable themes. Proficiency in Google Suite (Sheets and Slides), Workday, and Tableau or equivalent tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to be a self-starter and proactive, with a curiosity for scanning data and identifying opportunities before being asked.
  • Experience working closely with ESBPs, COEs, executives, managers, and employees to handle a variety of issues and execute on solutions and strategies across HR.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and a proven ability to manage competing priorities while partnering effectively with senior stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to partner with COEs to design, build, and implement programs and processes to support business needs.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; must be a strong and succinct communicator.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality in all aspects of job responsibilities, including handling highly sensitive data.
  • Ability to develop effective relationships across all levels of the organization with diverse client groups.
  • General knowledge of employment policies and practices, and knowledge of staffing, compensation, and talent management best practices.
  • Comfort leveraging AI tools to accelerate data analysis, surface insights, and streamline reporting - experience with or curiosity about Salesforce's AI/Agentforce ecosystem is a plus.
Requirements - Education & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience
